The University of Texas at Tyler (“Owner”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) from qualified Architectural and Engineering firms (Respondents) to establish multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity ("IDIQ") contracts for on-call professional architectural and engineering services, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications.
The selected firms will provide professional A/E services on an as-needed basis through individual Task Orders. Services may include building renovations and remodeling, classroom renovations, laboratory renovations, office renovations, healthcare and clinical renovations, interior finish renovations, building additions and expansions, accessibility/TAS improvements, life-safety improvements, HVAC modifications, electrical modifications, plumbing modifications, fire protection and fire alarm modifications, structural modifications, roofing and building-envelope improvements, site improvements, utility improvements, deferred-maintenance projects, energy-efficiency improvements, infrastructure improvements, parking and pedestrian improvements, and other related capital improvement projects. New construction projects may occasionally be assigned but are not anticipated to constitute the majority of the work.
