Bleachers
The contractor provides all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, supervision and services for a complete, code-compliant bleacher system of ten rows seating approximately 600. Work includes signed and sealed engineering drawings, structural framing, seats, aisles, guardrails, handrails, bracing, anchors, cranes and lifts, delivery and assembly, submittals, inspections, testing, closeout documentation and warranties. Demolition and removal of existing bleachers is priced separately, and a concrete slab is priced as Alternate No. 1. Press box and grading/site restoration are excluded.
