REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR DOOR REPLACEMENT SERVICES, TERM CONTRACT
Work shall include the replacement of existing doors including, but not limited to, mechanized doors (revolving, sliding, swinging) and non-mechanized doors (fire rated, panel, metal, wood). The contract shall only be used for replacements that do not alter the life safety plan for the building including fire ratings of doors. Service requests shall include the purchase of door(s) in the total offer price. Work shall be done in a professional manner and meet industry standards. The contract is divided into three lots: Lot 1 (Countywide), Lot 2 (Glades Area), and Lot 3 (Airport).
