This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation # 75H70727Q00003 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.

SAM Requirement - This solicitation requires registration with the sam.gov prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Vendor must have an active UEI number.
Invoicing – Invoices submitted under an award resulting from this solicitation will be required to utilize the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) in accordance with HHSAR 352.232-71, Electronic Submission and Processing of Payments Requests (APR 2026).
Payment – All payments by the Government under an award shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), per FAR 52.232.33 (OCT 2018).
Quote Submission
All responsible offerors that respond to this solicitation must submit their quotes by November 23, 2026, by 3:00 PM MS. Quotes shall be sent preferably by email to: Stephanie.Begay3@ihs.gov. Failure to comply with the below terms and conditions may result in offer being determined as non-responsive.
Questions Submission: Interested Offerors must submit questions concerning this solicitation by Friday, November 13, 2026, at 12 PM MS to Stephanie.Begay3@ihs.gov.
Site visits must be completed by Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 12 PM MS.
Questions and requests for site visits not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation will not be considered.
The contractor will perform fire door inspection, assessment, and maintenance at the Albuquerque Indian Health Center (AIHC), Mescalero Indian Health Center (MIHC), Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC), and Taos-Picuris Indian Health Center (TPIHC). The work is based on a prior inspection report (2025 Firecheck Inspection Report ABQ Indian Health Center) which identified numerous deficiencies including clearance issues, missing labels, and non-operational self-closing devices on fire and smoke doors at the Albuquerque Indian Health Center.
