The successful quoter shall supply labor, shop and portable spray welding services. Services include machining undercut or damage areas, spraying molten ferrous or non-ferrous metal to the area, machining the weld area to manufacturer's specifications, and providing adapter sleeves where applicable. The quoter must respond within eight hours for portable services, provide written estimates, and may transport equipment to their shop with prior approval. Work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the standard rate with prior written authorization.
