Furnish all material, labor, supervision, permits and supplies to perform HVAC improvements per Attachment C and exhibits at an occupied fire station, including selective demolition, repair of partitions, drywall, ceilings, doors, hardware, casework, paint, flooring and finishes, new MEP rough-in and trim, lighting and controls, plumbing fixtures, HVAC improvements with startup/test, adjust, balance, limited roof penetrations/curbs with manufacturer-approved patching, and modification, testing and re-certification of fire alarm and life-safety devices.
