The consultant will provide Total Design (TD) and Construction Support Services (CSS) for the Crocheron Park Pedestrian Bridge over BCIP (BIN 2-23188-0) in Queens. The work includes preliminary design (545 calendar days), detailed (final) design (551 calendar days), and construction support services (1096 calendar days). The project will restore structural integrity and functional service life through replacement of the existing superstructure and rehabilitation of substructure elements, incorporating an ADA-compliant ramp. Specific tasks include design survey, soil investigation, environmental assessment, development of alternatives, preparation of design approval documents, work zone traffic control, utility coordination, public outreach, and preparation of record drawings. The consultant must also manage sub-consultants, attend meetings, and prepare progress reports.
