The selected vendor will provide non-construction services for in-lieu fee mitigation and other KDFWR projects in the North, East, and Southwest regions of Kentucky. Services include site identification, property boundary surveys, topographical surveys, engineering design and plan preparation, NEPA coordination, Section 106 and Section 7 ESA coordination, biological and habitat assessments, all required permits (e.g., 401 WQC, 404 Permits, KPDES, Stream Construction Permit, Encroachment Permits), construction oversight, post-construction monitoring for a minimum of 7 years for stream projects and 10 years for wetland projects, adaptive management plan development, and data management. Design for each individual project is expected to be delivered between 4-7 months.
