The work includes installation of approximately 470 feet of 24-inch C900 drain line and demo/removal of approximately 345 feet of existing 18-inch pipe; installation of a 24-inch by 24-inch tee with (1) 24-inch butterfly valves connecting to proposed and existing pipelines; construction of (1) 48-inch manhole and existing manhole repairs; construction of (1) 60-inch manhole; removal/replacement/relocation of existing valves and drain piping; installation of approximately 1090 feet of 3-inch HDPE water line; installation of (6) fire hydrants; construction of (1) concrete overflow structures and level control structure with associated walkway and railing, and demolition of existing overflow structure and pump platform; construction of 14ft wide gravel access road (approx. 350ft), 10 ft wide pond access maintenance road (approx. 70 ft) and road shoulder stabilization; reconditioning existing lower pond perimeter road and access driveway from the Hayden Bridge Road intersection to the Upper settling pond (approx. 1000ft); construction/demolition of steel cyclone site fence (approx. 300ft); removal of accumulated material from lower settling pond; construction of sludge collection sumps and suction piping; and installing erosion control, finish grading, restoration of improvements, and stabilizing disturbed areas.
