Fabricate and install security fencing in two open areas on the second floor of the parking structure in the SE corner. Construct custom steel frames sized to fit existing concrete structure dimensions, with wire mesh panels to match current wire mesh located in the second floor, SW stairwell. Attach frames to concrete walls and columns using approved anchors or fasteners. All materials should be zinc-coat finished.
