The scope includes implementation planning, configuration and implementation of Incident and Service Request Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Change Enablement (including CAB and change authorization workflows), APIs needed for OED systems (Access Management/Remote Desktop), Knowledge Base configuration and implementation, OED branding for the application, system administrator and user training and documentation, Organizational Change Management documentation and training, and system metrics and reporting. The scope excludes migration of current FootPrints data, customization, process changes, development of a CMDB, and sunsetting existing FootPrints instances.
