Work includes short-term on-site technical troubleshooting limited to 10 hours or less per identified problem without prior written OHA approval, with disinfectant contact time determinations in 15-hour increments, project management in 20-hour increments, asset management in 15-hour increments, and approved trade show outreach. Groundwater services cover pipe and pump repair, leak detection, treatment evaluation and optimization, wellhead disinfection, Technical Managerial and Financial assistance, revolving loan fund application support, and Groundwater Under Direct Influence source sampling including Microscopic Particulate Analysis and bank filtration. Surface water services cover plant operation and optimization, chemical feed and coagulation control, monitoring, leak detection and piping repair, contact time calculations, equipment repair, and Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule sampling, bin classification and treatment guidance. Contractors respond directly or by OHA referral via remote communication or site visits, provide written contact summaries with system identification, actions, hours and invoices within 90 days, and prioritize communities of color, tribal and low-income communities.
