The contractor will confirm NERC functional registrations and applicable Reliability Standards including CIP and large-load standards, document compliance responsibility between the District and BPA at the requirement level, produce a reporting calendar, program manual and evidence retention index, provide a risk-prioritized gap assessment with a Phase 2 remediation proposal, correct accepted deficiencies, and serve as ongoing compliance advisor from contract execution including filings, monitoring, annual review, evidence maintenance, and audit support.
