The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Environmental Quality, ("Agency"), is issuing this Intermediate Procurement to establish a Contract for On-Call Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Services in support of the Vehicle Inspection Program.
Pre-Bid Conference: Agency will offer pre-proposal walkthroughs of the facilities for interested Offerors. See Section 3.3.3 of the RFP document for more information.
The contractor will perform quarterly preventive maintenance at three Portland-area Vehicle Inspection Program locations, including equipment inspection, MERV13 filter replacement, testing of gas heating and cooling components, electrical and controls checks, condensate clearing, lubrication and written reporting, and will provide on-call troubleshooting and repair with 24-hour response for non-emergencies and four-hour on-site arrival for emergencies around the clock, with minor repairs up to $2,000 authorized under an open purchase order and larger repairs completed through a work order contract process.
