E21 Prca Hvac Replacement

The contractor must perform pre-project inspections and analysis of the two existing HVAC systems, submit recommended replacement options, a design plan, construction plan, safety program, and project schedule for approval. The contractor will remove and dispose of the existing roof-mounted air-conditioning units on Building 100 and Building 200, repair the building roofs at the location of the removed units (including replacement of plywood, felt underlayment, shingles, etc.), furnish and install new ground-mounted electric dual heat and air conditioning units with concrete pads (minimum 48"x48"x6", 3,000-4,000 psi concrete), steel reinforcement, ductwork (insulated and metal), air handlers, evaporator coils, electrical components, and new thermostat systems. The contractor must complete operational testing and calibration of the systems, and remove and dispose of all project materials and equipment to restore the site to pre-project conditions.
