Pre-Bid Conference: Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on October 7, 2026, at 11am, located at Oregon Veterans' Home 600 N 5th St Lebanon, OR 97355. Please check in at the main lobby and you will be taken to the conference room.
The work includes furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, permits and manufactured articles; furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications; and the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of Variable Refrigerant Valve (VRV) systems as more fully described in the Technical Specifications (Attachment B) and the Plans and Drawings (Attachment C).
