The work includes subgrade Method B, tack coat, fabric reinforcement, Superpave Type S4 and Superpave Type S3 Patch, cold milling pavement, Class A concrete, manholes and valve boxes adjusted to grade, sawing pavement, plural-component traffic stripe including 4-inch and 8-inch widths, arrows and words, construction signs, Type III barricades, warning lights, drums, channelizer cones, Level I construction staking and mobilization.
