The contractor shall provide all work required to deliver a commercially operational solar PV system, including engineering, design, procurement, delivery, installation, construction, commissioning, start-up, and testing. The scope includes solar modules (owner-supplied), DC and AC electrical power systems, inverter stations, interconnection equipment, PV array data acquisition system, site communication infrastructure, meteorological stations, auxiliary and essential power supply systems, labels, structural racking with ballasted foundations, foundations for equipment, mechanical systems, raceway, power and instrument cable, instrument cabinets, site grounding and lightning protection, site development, clearing, tree relocation, fencing, landscaping, storm water and erosion control, site restoration, roads and work pads, parking lot repair, environmental control plan, construction power and support facilities, construction security, project administration, equipment management, site management, procurement, construction and contractor permits, owner permits (environmental and building), onsite utility coordination, engineering and design including as-builts, project document preparation, electrical studies, utility and topographic surveys, PVsyst energy production model, quality program, O&M manuals, training, start-up and commissioning, and coordination of interconnection with the utility.
