The New York Power Authority ("NYPA") is issuing a Request for Application (“RFA”) to announce the availability of funding through the Astoria Community Resilience Initiative. NYPA is inviting qualified NYS based providers (such as not-for-profit organizations, Indigenous Nations and Tribal organizations, municipalities and state entities) to submit proposals for projects that align with this vision.
