THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR NYPA") INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THE PURCHASE OF RMNPP HIGH PRESSURE GOVERNOR SYSTEM FOR THE AUTHORITY’S NORTHERN NEW YORK (NNY) REGION.
Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba.
Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk.
Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than www.nypa.gov web site do so at their own risk. Incomplete bid responses may be rejected by the Authority.
The bidder is to supply an RMNPP High Pressure Governor System to the New York Power Authority for its Northern New York (NNY) region. The system is to be delivered to the White Plains Office. The bidder must follow the instructions on NYPA's website and participate through Ariba.
