The vendor shall provide trauma-informed coaching, training, consultation, and technical assistance to CYFD Fostering Connections staff, supervisors, leadership, and other CYFD staff who work with youth and young adults to ensure adherence to the 'Foster to Success' framework. The scope includes monthly one-on-one coaching, small group coaching, leadership coaching, support for leadership training development, provision of two seats for the Fostering Success Level 2 virtual training, at least two training primers for internal trainers, use of intellectual property materials, monthly reports, data and narrative reports by June 30, 2027, and facilitation of a two-day onsite retreat. Specific hourly commitments include 240 hours of one-on-one coaching, 48 hours of small group coaching, 36 hours of leadership coaching, 27 hours for leadership training development, 18 hours for a feedback and tracking tool, 48 hours for design team development, and 56 hours for the onsite retreat.
