Description
Tarleton State University (“University”) is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents to provide
commencement flowers, gifts, and related graduation merchandise for sale at University commencement
ceremonies.
The successful Respondent (“Contractor”) shall provide all personnel, products, inventory, equipment,
supplies, point-of-sale capabilities, and other resources necessary to promote, display, sell, and manage
approved commencement-related merchandise at designated University commencement events.
