Prior to submitting a bid on a Division Let, Electronic Bid project, the bidder shall sign up on the Interested Parties
List no later than one business day prior to the Letting day of that project for which he intends to submit a bid, in
conformance with Article 102-3 of the 2024 NCDOT Standard Specifications. The List may be found on the Connect
NCDOT Division Six website. There is no cost for signing up on the Interested Parties List.
Contractor's License: A General Contractor's License is required in order to submit a bid on any non-federal aid
project where the bid is $40,000.00 or more, except for certain specialty work as determined by the licensing board.
The work includes grading, paving, drainage, and structure work on SR 2045 (Elliot Bridge Road) in Cumberland and Harnett counties, including the replacement of Bridge No. 420074 over Lower Little River. The project length is 0.091 miles, with a structure length of 0.040 miles and a roadway length of 0.051 miles. The work involves grading, drainage, paving, and structure (bridge) construction, including approach slabs, guardrail, erosion control, signing, pavement markings, and traffic management. The contract includes a detour route and full roadway closure during construction.
