A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for project DE00421 at 1:30 PM. on Monday,
October 19, 2026, at the NCDOT Century Center Building B, Boiling Springs Conference Room
located at 1020 Birch Ride Dr. Raleigh, NC 27610. We will discuss the scope of the project and give
bidders the opportunity to ask any questions. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is required in order
for your bid to be considered. A bid received from a bidder who has not attended and properly
registered at the above scheduled pre-bid conference will not be accepted and considered for award.
Project DE00421 involves resurfacing NC 42 from Middle Creek Bridge to the Johnston County Line and NC 42 at SR 2735 (Johnston Rd). Project DE00445 involves work at SR 2000 (Falls of Neuse Rd) at N Bend Dr and SR 2000 (Falls of Neuse Rd) at Newton Rd.
