Minimum Qualifications
Respondent must meet the following minimum qualifications. Respondent's SOQ will be deemed non-responsive to the extent that it does not meet the minimum qualifications.
1. Respondents' firm and its principals/key personnel, including sub-consultants, shall have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience providing federal regulatory, legislative, intergovernmental, governmental affairs, and/or public policy advocacy services.
2. Respondent must have an existing office in Washington, DC.
3. Respondents' principals/key personnel shall have a minimum of ten (10) consecutive years of experience engaging with the United States Congress, congressional leadership, congressional committees, and staff, the Executive Branch, and/or federal agencies on matters related to public policy, legislation, regulation, funding, or governmental affairs and provide representation in Washington D.C., as needed.
