Metra seeks uniforms that balance professional appearance with modern design, support all-day wear in public transit, accommodate diverse body types and gender expression, include maternity needs, feature durable collars and flexible materials suitable for the Chicago climate, distinguish between front-line employees and managers through branding options, allow embroidery of Metra logo and employee information, offer large-scale sizing from XS–5XL and beyond with tall sizes, and feature a five-year program lifecycle.
