The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, disposal, inspection, transportation and supervision necessary to remove deteriorated entry boots from sumps associated with UST #6, clean sump interiors of debris, liquids, and contaminants, furnish and install new approved repair boots, perform hydrostatic integrity testing in accordance with recognized codes of practice and ND UST rules, and retest within 20-30 days. The contractor must also submit a final repair report documenting procedures, materials, photos, and test results certified by a qualified professional, and provide required UST system recordkeeping. All removed equipment must be legally recycled or disposed of at an approved off-site facility. Work shall be completed within 45 days of award, between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Mon-Fri. The contractor must provide a one-year warranty on parts and labor after project completion.
