The contractor shall furnish all labor, fabrication, installation, equipment, and materials necessary to fabricate and install approximately +/- 350 linear feet of wrought iron fencing on top of the existing block wall at the rear (north) area and west side of Fire Station 127. Work includes field verification, layout, securing posts and brackets to the existing block wall, welding, fitting, cutting, grinding, surface preparation, priming, and applying a semi-gloss black finish coat. The contractor must demo and remove all materials related to the project area, provide a portable restroom and wash facility, perform work during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), and ensure daily clean-up and debris removal. A 1-year material and labor warranty is required.
