The contractor shall furnish all labor, fabrication, installation, equipment, and materials to fabricate and install approximately +/- 350 linear feet of wrought iron fencing on top of the existing block perimeter walls at the rear (north) area and west side of Fire Station 127. Work includes field verification, layout, securing posts and brackets to the existing block wall using sleeve anchors, welding, fitting, cutting, grinding, surface preparation, priming, and applying a semi-gloss black finish coat. The contractor must demo and remove all related materials, provide a portable restroom and wash facility, perform work during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), and ensure daily clean-up and site security. A 1-year material and labor warranty is required.
