The bidder must provide a one-year subscription renewal for Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure (NCI) Pro software license and production software support service for 1 CPU core, quantity 2,400 units, for the period 9/22/26 through 9/21/27. Delivery is electronic. The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider and include a manufacturer's letter of certification. The bidder must also complete and submit all required Appendix A forms, including Exhibits 1-8, and comply with all terms, conditions, insurance requirements, and prevailing wage obligations as stated in the solicitation.
