Firms previously shortlisted for a discipline do not need to resubmit for that discipline.
Shortlisted firms may be invited to submit proposals to provide Arts professional services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Interested firms may submit separate SOQ’s for one or more of the five (5) disciplines below:

The contractor shall design and implement arts education programming across one or more of five disciplines (Dance, Music, Theatre, Visual Arts, Media Arts/Film) aligned with California Arts Standards. Services include instruction, performances, workshops, master classes, residencies, and exhibitions during school hours, after school, evenings, and weekends. The contractor must provide all necessary materials, equipment, and curriculum resources, ensure instruction by experienced teaching artists, coordinate with schools, attend monthly Arts Community Network meetings, and submit quarterly student engagement counts and an annual impact report.
