The consultant will provide CM/GC Construction Contract Cost Verification Services, including cost verification of Project records (invoices, labor documents, timesheets, vendor/subcontractor billings), review of allowable vs. unallowable costs, audit of open-book pricing for subcontractors, and GMP and Early Work reconciliation. Services include construction interim and final financial verification reports for each Construction Package, preconstruction phase financial audits, and meetings with the Owner. The work covers multiple Early Work Packages (Phase 1A, 1B, 1C) and the GMP Amendment Construction Package for the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvements Project in Portland, Oregon.
