The vendor will process time records, EVV data, claims and goods/services invoices, PDS employee background checks, drug and TB screening records, and issue paychecks at least twice monthly. It will assist participants with tax forms, provide service usage reports and customer support, deliver training, plan the transition from existing providers, and meet reporting, security and disaster recovery requirements.
