KPPA is seeking a vendor-hosted SaaS platform that monitors and reconciles personal trading activities of certain employees and trustees, including personal trading preclearance and post-trade monitoring to detect potential violations of KPPA, KRS, and CERS Personal Trading Policies. The platform should allow manual upload of investment account documents, direct data feeds from brokerages, a broad library of client brokerage feeds, maintenance of records, and permit downloads on scheduled and ad hoc bases. Features include electronic preclearance, tracking of private investments, daily updates, automated notifications, post-trade rules testing, case management for policy violations, configurable rule-based restrictions, attestation processes, custom reports and dashboards, integration with SharePoint, 24/7 accessibility and support. A secondary objective is to identify vendors that also offer training courses on personal trading compliance and avoiding insider trading.

Most Kentucky work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
