Key capabilities include centralized training management, instructor-led training management, role-based access controls, integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Duo Security, SCORM compliance, WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility, and support for external training records. The vendor must provide implementation, configuration, data migration, training, documentation, and ongoing support services, including a non-production test environment and defined service levels (e.g., critical issue response within 2 hours). The contract is for an initial two-year term with up to two optional two-year renewals.
