The Kansas Supreme Court Office of Judicial Administration (“OJA”) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Learning Management System (“LMS”).
The successful bidder must provide a cloud-hosted LMS that supports training delivery, administration, and tracking across the Kansas Judicial Branch. The system must support onboarding, professional development, compliance-based training, and other learning initiatives. Key capabilities include centralized training management, instructor-led training management, role-based access controls, integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Duo Security, SCORM compliance, WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility, and support for external training records. The vendor must provide implementation, configuration, data migration, training, documentation, and ongoing support services, including a non-production test environment and defined service levels (e.g., critical issue response within 2 hours). The contract is for an initial two-year term with up to two optional two-year renewals.
