The contractor will lead comprehensive planning to establish an area-wide framework for the Pikes Peak Recreation Area based initially on the Ring the Peak Trail and associated Corridor Planning Area, addressing long-term stewardship, multi-use recreation management, ecological and infrastructure protection and sustainable access across the Pikes Peak massif. The work includes project personnel, public outreach strategies, synthesis of existing plans, phased deliverables per Exhibit A Scope of Work, and a schedule demonstrating completion by December 31, 2028.
