Design and oversight of the implementation of a pre-action clean agent fire suppression system within the server room at the ATOD facility in Ankeny, IA. The approximate size of the server room is 1,000 square feet with a devising wall, raised floor, and ACT ceilings. The existing water-based sprinkler system is to remain. Design services include all necessary disciplines, field examination, coordination with the Construction Manager, preparation of construction documents and cost opinions at 50%, 95%, and 100% stages, and construction administration including submittal review, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, site visits, and punch list development.
