The contract covers design, installation, repair and maintenance of Hirsch Security Systems and compatible components on an as-needed basis. The Vendor shall provide drawings and schematics for approval, instruct end-user personnel, and respond to routine work within 8 hours and emergencies within 2 hours. The Vendor must be a licensed Hirsch Dealer or manufacturer and an authorized distributor of AXIS or equivalent brand. The contract is a multiple award master contract with up to 2 bidders per region, with Primary and Secondary determined by lowest overall bid.
