The Iowa Department of Transportation STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR
HIGHWAY AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION, SERIES 2023, plus applicable General
Supplemental Specifications, Developmental Specifications, Supplemental
Specifications AND Special Provisions shall apply to construction work on this contract.
The project involves repair of an RCB culvert, including clearing and grubbing, excavation (class 10, channel), topsoil strip/salvage/spread, modified subbase, macadam stone base, corrugated metal roadway pipe (120 in. dia.), flowable mortar, engineering fabric, revetment (class E), construction survey (control point and location), traffic control, flaggers, full-depth finish patches (by area and by count), rumble strip panel, mobilization, and stabilized construction entrance.
