From the time of advertisement of this solicitation until final award is made, interested firms are not allowed or permitted to communicate about this solicitation or scope with any staff or any official representatives of the Authority, GWCC, or other facilities of the Authority, or their consultants, except for submission of questions as instructed in the RFQ/RFP, or as provided by any existing work agreement(s). Finalists and Apparent Awardee(s) are restricted from making public statements or press releases about their selection as finalists or their apparent award. For violation of this restriction, the Authority reserves the right to reject the submittal of the offending respondent.

The combined total shall equal the GWCC total plus the COP total. Attach supporting cost detail only if needed to
explain the amounts entered above.
The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, materials, technical expertise, programming, and other resources necessary to upgrade and support GWCCA's Calsense Irrigation Control System. Services include furnishing and installing Calsense CS3000 controller upgrades (pedestal and wall-mount), station transfers, communication upgrades, antennas, dome covers, and ten-year communications/data plans. The contractor must also perform programming and system integration, testing and commissioning, on-site training, and provide all incidental materials. All equipment must be genuine Calsense; substitutions are not accepted. The work is to be performed at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) and Centennial Olympic Park (COP) in Atlanta, Georgia.
