The University of Houston is requesting pricing from vendors for the following services: Provide all material, equipment and labor for campus wide irrigation, landscaping, flower, ornamental and shrub beds, tree maintenance and mowing (the “services”) for the main campus of the University of Houston and its Technology Bridge Energy Research Park and Texas Medical Center locations maintained by University. The campus is approximately 650 acres of which 175 acres is maintained turf.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site-visit will be held in person at the University of Houston, 4211 Elgin St. Houston, TX 77204, General Services Building (GSB Room 268) on 9/25/26 at 9 AM CT.
