Proposals will be opened and read aloud in the 2nd Floor Conference Room, 240 Constitution Boulevard,
Dallas, Georgia 30132 shortly after 10:00 am EST. Proposals received after the designated time will not
be considered. The OWNER of the project is the Paulding County Board of Commissioners. The
Engineer/Architect for the project is Paulding County Department of Transportation.
The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows:

The anticipated length of the Contract is one (1) year, renewable for two (2) additional one-year terms not
to exceed a total contract term of three (3) years.
