Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. The Coffee County Board of Commissioners may select a successful low bidder after evaluation of all bids. Coffee County Board of Commissioners is committed to Affirmatively Further Fair Housing. This project is funded in part by a Community Development Block Grant. The work to be performed under this contract is under a program providing direct Federal financial assistance from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701 U.

The Scope of Work Includes:
Street and Drainage Improvements for a total of 0.657 Miles
All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the Owner in the amount of at least five
percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if
awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment
Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for the Owner.
