NEW FACILITY FOR COLQUITT COUNTY AGRICULTURAL COMPLEX
Sealed bids will be accepted in the office of the Colquitt County Purchasing Agent, at the Colquitt
County Annex, 101 East Central Avenue, Suite 206, Moultrie, GA 31768 (PO Box 517, Moultrie, GA
31776-0517) until Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time, at which time the bids will
be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Sealed Bid – New
Facility for Colquitt County Agricultural Complex” and addressed to Colquitt County Annex,
101 East Central Avenue, Suite 206, Moultrie GA, Attn: Lena Mercer. Bids will not be accepted after
the called time.
The work to be bid consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor required for the construction
of New Facility for Colquitt County Agricultural Complex, Moultrie, GA including complete
building construction and grounds work.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for all Bidders will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at
10:00a.m. local time at the Colquitt County Agricultural Complex, 350 Veteran’s Pkwy, Bldg 1, Room
132, Moultrie, GA. After general discussions the Bidders will be escorted to the Project Site. All
Prospective Prime Bidders must attend in order to submit a Bid.

Bidders are cautioned that acquisition of Bidding Documents through any other source other than Studio
8 Design, LLC is not advisable. Acquisition of Bidding Documents from unauthorized sources places
the bidder at risk of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information upon which to base the bid.
