The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Plans and specifications for this project are available on the County's website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga. Bids will only be considered by those bidders and subcontractors currently pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation and active and registered with SAM.gov.
Bids submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on October 8, 2026. Late bids will not be considered nor returned. Electronic bids are to be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed proposals will not be considered.
Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and site visit has been scheduled for 3:30
PM on September 17, 2026 at Atlanta Speedway Airport, 474 Speedway
Boulevard, Hampton, Georgia 30228. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is
not mandatory for those responding to this bid; however, bidders are strongly
encouraged to attend.

to the bid specifications and/or terms and conditions should be addressed
during this phase.
The project involves the design-build of a 22,800 SF PEMB T-Hangar Building with office space and restroom (including foundation, plumbing, HVAC, interior and exterior finishes, doors, hangar doors, fire sprinkler system, electrical, permits, etc.) and an 11,200 SF PEMB Box-Hangar Building with multi-purpose space and restroom (including similar systems). Also includes mobilization and establishment of electrical power service.
