The scope of work includes: removing the old roof only if necessary; preparing the old roof surface to meet manufacturers' requirements for new fleece back TPO; installing new 60 mil fleece back TPO; adhering new TPO; heat welding all laps and seams; terminating the outer edge of TPO; replacing all surrounding roof edge metal and drip edge metal if necessary; removing and reattaching all lightning protection; installing new boot flashings at all pipes and penetrations; resealing all pitch pans where necessary for A/C lines and power penetrations; providing all lifts and necessary equipment for the duration of the project; providing management to be on site for the duration of the project; providing a 5-year workmanship warranty; and providing a 20-year manufacturer's warranty.
