Sealed Bids will be received from Bidders by the Gwinnett County Board of Education, 53 Gwinnett Drive,
Lawrenceville, Georgia 30045, Bldg. “C” Conference Room, for: The furnishing of all labor, materials, and services
necessary for the construction of the roofing modification project at Taylor Elementary School, until 3:00 PM local
time November 05, 2026. Bids will be opened publicly and will be read aloud at the time and place stated above.
Bids received after the above time is called will not be accepted. No phones will be available.
Bid documents may be obtained at the office of Raymond Global, Contact: Kevin Bonkowski, Project Manager,
1035 Green Street, Suite A, Conyers, Georgia 30012, Phone: 770-483-9592. Statement of Qualifications must be
received by the Designer and Owner for evaluation prior to issuance of the documents to Contractors. Applications
for Bid documents, together with a non-refundable payment of $175.00 per hard set and a Statement of
Qualifications, must be received by Raymond Global prior to issuance of the documents to Contractors. These
Bid documents, including all drawings and project manual, will be forwarded from the Designer’s office as soon
as possible if the Contractor is approved for bidding the project and the Contractor elects to have them shipped.
A copy of the Bid documents, including drawings and project manuals, shall be available, for review only, at the
Designer’s office and the Owner’s office.
The project involves roofing modifications at Taylor Elementary School, Buildings 2010 & 2011, located at 600 Taylor School Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and services necessary for the construction of the roofing modification project. The contract will be on a lump sum basis, and construction must be performed by a completion date of July 23, 2027.
