The contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to perform maintenance, repair, renovations, installation, or alteration of electrical systems, including power, lighting, electrical-related fixtures, electrical wiring, breakers, breaker boxes, etc. Services will be performed indoors or outdoors of APS facilities on an as-needed basis. The contractor must provide new material indicating UL-listed approval, copper wire and cables unless otherwise approved, and shop drawings of all additions and modifications as requested. The contractor shall obtain all permits for inspections, tests, and other services required for completion of work. All material and warranty on labor, including services, shall be warranted for no less than one year. The contractor shall respond to routine work requests within 24 hours, commence work within five days of notification, and complete work within twenty calendar days. Emergency work requests require a response within four hours.
