TRIP ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ADDITION, 841 COOPER ROAD, GRAYSON, GA
30017 until Thursday, October 22, 2026, 3:30 p.m. Bids will be opened publicly and will
be read aloud at the time and place stated above. Fax transmittals and E-mails of Bid
Proposal Form shall not be accepted by the Owner. Bids received after the above time
is called will not be accepted. No phones will be available.

request, Bidding Documents may be obtained electronically from the Architect by
E-mail request to biddocs@lpbatlanta.com. Bidders will be given access to the
Architect=s Dropbox Link where Drawings and Specifications may be downloaded at no
charge. Plans may also be accessed by Subcontractors or Material Suppliers.
All bidders shall be required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting to be held at
Gwinnett County Board of Education, 53 Gwinnett Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30046,
Bldg. "C" Conference Room on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 @ 9:30 a.m.
