The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Bids will only be considered by those bidders and subcontractors currently pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on November 25, 2026. Late bids will not be considered nor returned. Bids submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic bids are to be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed bids will not be considered.
Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to remove existing storm drain pipe and install new corrugated metal pipe (CMP) at three locations: 200 Grove Pointe Drive (36" CMP, 60 LF), 603 Grove Pointe Way (36" CMP, 88 LF), and 615-612 Grove Pointe Way (42" CMP, 60 LF). Final topping for each crossing shall be Graded Aggregate Base (GAB). All work must comply with Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) specifications. The contractor is responsible for locating all underground utilities, compaction testing, debris disposal, and replacing disturbed property outside construction limits.
